Hey again! Extremely minor update, as we're focusing everything for A3.

Changelog:

- Can now zoom out a lot more
- Some resource spawn changes
- Clicking an open menu icon, closes it
- Usual round of bugfixes

Known issues (please don't report these):
- Mouse cursor sometimes doesn't change back from text edit or demolish icon
- Towns place roads along the coast, blocking the player
- Towns replace shops without logic (will be revamped in A3)
- Towns run out of water
